For the past two years I’ve been Patron of Reading at The Abbey School in Reading (the place, not the activity. I know …) It’s a brilliant scheme, bringing authors and schools together – and if you don’t have a Patron of Reading at your school yet, ask for one!
How to make a book
Every month, you’ll find me on Girls Heart Books, talking about writing. Yesterday, I wrote about the making of a book, from first idea to finished copy. You can read all about it here. Love Song has arrived at last – 20 author copies in a box from my publishers,
Love Song blog tour
The blog tour is announced! And I have the most beautiful banner for it! (Thanks, Chicken House.) Come and find out more about boys, bands and books on some of my favourite bloggy places in April …
‘A girl needs to rescue herself’
