I love an event that describes itself as Books. Authors. Readers. Cake. That’s about as good as it gets.
And I’m thrilled to be a part of this one.
The first UKYA extravaganza took place in Birmingham last year and was a big success. Now it’s going to Nottingham (and so am I) and, even better, there will be a UKMG extravaganza the following week for books for 9-12 year olds. Come to one or both! And if you make it to the YA event, make sure you come and say hello. I may be eating cake at the time, but it will be lovely to see you. 🙂
